All items sold by The Mercantile Template Co. are digital products. You will not receive a physical shipment. Files will be delivered via email, instant download, or account access depending on the product purchased.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

Your purchase includes a Standard Personal + Small Business Use License, which allows the following:

✔ Use of the product for your own business branding and marketing
✔ Editing/customizing files for your own brand and website
✔ Use in your Shopify, Etsy, or personal business platforms

You may NOT:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the files in any format
❌ Claim the design, copy, or template as your own or as original work
❌ Use the product to create items you resell as templates or digital design resources
❌ Use the files for client work unless a commercial/client-use license has been purchased

If you are a designer, agency, or service provider who wants to use templates for client projects, please contact us about an extended Commercial License.

3. Intellectual Property

All products, graphics, layouts, branding assets, and written content remain the intellectual property of The Mercantile Template Co. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership — it grants usage rights under the license above.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products and instant file access, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a file has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us for support.

5. Support Policy

Basic support is provided for:

• Download/access issues
• Clarifying product instructions
• Troubleshooting file compatibility questions

Support does not include:

• Custom branding / template edits
• Website setup or installation
• Business coaching or strategy guidance
• Full-service customization unless purchased separately

6. Shopify Theme + Template Specific Terms

For customers purchasing Shopify templates:

• You are responsible for configuring your own Shopify account, payment settings, taxes, and shop policies
• We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance guidance
• Customization services are optional add-ons and not included with the purchase

7. Limitation of Liability

The Mercantile Template Co. is not liable for:

• Loss of business revenue or performance outcomes
• Platform issues caused by Shopify, Canva, or third-party services
• Customization errors made by the buyer

Your use of the product is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Agreement

By purchasing or using any digital product from this store, you acknowledge that you:
